Return Policy

All sales are final, including custom and sample pieces. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please retain all original packaging and document the issue immediately upon delivery.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, along with clear photos of both the packaging and the item. This allows us to assess the issue and determine the best resolution.

If a replacement or repair is not possible, a refund will be issued.
